Marinka Sunshine is a modern residential complex with 16 detached family houses. It is situated in the village of Marinka, near Bourgas.

Marinka is a village with a very strategic position: situated just 7 km from BOURGAS - the biggest town on the southern Bulgarian Black sea coast. It takes up to 10 min highway drive to the centre of BOURGAS and 20 min. drive to Bourgas airport. It is expected Marinka to become a quarter of Bourgas during the next one-two years. The modern residential complex Marinka Sunshine III, including sixteen houses, each with its independent yard of about 500 m2 will be built by “Balkan net” LTD as the third stage of the project “Marinka Sunshine”. “Balkan net” LTD intends to construct a small shopping center with a café, a supermarket and a restaurant in the vicinity of the houses.

The complex will be fenced, with limited access. There will be a 24 hours all year round guards. A maintainer of the houses and the garden will be provided on request. All the houses will have a beautiful view towards the sunny and green scenery.

Most of the houses will be spread on one floor. The biggest house will be two- storied four bedrooms house.

The client will be offered a rich catalogue out of finishing materials.

Each client will have the possibility to choose the colors of the tiles for the living room and terracotta for the bathrooms.

A great advantage for disabled people will be the special easy access from the porch.

The company offers the villas completely finished. The bathrooms will be tiled with terracotta and sanitary faience. The corridor’s floors will be terracotta covered and the room’s floors - laminated.
